Hi, I'm Jeff.
I am passionate about creating impactful designs that enhance lives while balancing business objectives and design feasibility through stakeholder collaboration.
I'm a product, UX, UI, and web designer from Hong Kong, now living in Toronto.
From 2021 to 2025, I worked at Asiabots, where I helped businesses and public organizations enhance customer communication with AI conversational technologies.
Before that, I worked at Kami Intelligence, focusing on usability testing and improving UX for AI training data products.
I also take on freelance projects, designing bilingual websites, updating brand identities, and creating digital and print materials that help clients reach more people.
Outside of design, I enjoy spontaneous road trips and playing Cities Skylines, where I design cities and improve traffic flow.
